In briefings and demonstrations provided by Don Heinrich, Vice President and Kurt Ameringer, Archicad Manager, North America, I learned how the creation of Virtual Building model using Archicad helps architects greater design freedom and achieve significant ROI.
As background, more than one million buildings had been created in the Graphisoft Virtual Building environment developed since then. The software used in 85 countries, 14 languages and 23 different local versions.
In general, what is "object-based" means in reference to Archicad and other Graphisoft products, is that different objects have an intelligent behavior that automatically generates all the information you will need a design team.
