Modern furniture manufacturer expanding in Randolph County

JL Furnishings will extend the contract furniture operations in Randolph County, adding up to 40 jobs over the next three years.

California-based company has purchased 60.000 square-foot facility on 10 acres which is the former home of Concept Fabrics, according to an announcement from the Randolph County Economic Development Corp..

JL Furnishings hoping to move from the Trinity existing new plant facility in June.

"We are very pleased that JL Furnishings has selected Asheboro and Randolph County to expand their operations," said Bonnie Renfro, president of Randolph County EDC. "They are a good company, and buildings suitable for their intended use and future growth." Www.bizjournals.com
